About Our Products & Inventory

Could you share more measurements? Take another picture?

Yes! We're happy to provide extra dimensions or photos—just let us know what you'd like to see. We want you to feel fully confident before you buy. We just need specifics ("the length of the of the stem of the glass", "size of the base of the lamp", “can you zoom in the figurine’s face?”). The clearer the better.

I see four place settings… I want eight. Do you have more?

Often, yes! We may have extra inventory or can source matching pieces. Email us at info@theclassytea.com and we’ll help you complete your set.

Can you break this tea/dinner/decor set? I only need 4 pieces.

Do you hold items if I’m still deciding?

We work first-come, first-served to keep things fair, but for serious interest we can sometimes hold an item briefly. Email us at info@theclassytea.com and we’ll see what’s possible.

Which payment types do you accept? Is it secure?

We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Venmo, and Visa. All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s checkout or trusted providers like PayPal, Amazon, and Klarna. Your payment information is never stored or shared.

Do you ship globally? Will it arrive safely?

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Free Standard Shipping lets us pick the safest, fastest service; expedited options are also available.

How quickly will my order ship out? How long does delivery take?

Processing and Packing Times: Most orders leave in 1–3 business days. We’ll email you if we foresee a delay. More info: Shipping Policy.

Transit Times: U.S.: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days total (1–3 days handling + 2–4 days transit). International: 4–22 business days, depending on customs. Deadlines? Email us at info@theclassytea.com.

Do you offer faster options like overnight delivery?

Yes! Overnight or 2-day options show at checkout. For time-critical gifts, email us before ordering at info@theclassytea.com and we’ll recommend the fastest safe service.

How do you pack fragile or large glassware?

We double-box when necessary and use multiple layers of cushioning. Every item is packed as if it’s headed to a museum.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes — every order is fully insured end-to-end.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

For large or high-value orders near us (Woodbridge, VA area), local delivery may be possible. Email info@theclassytea.com to inquire.

Post-Shipment Issues & Address Changes

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Only before the shipping label is printed. Email us immediately at support@theclassytea.com.

What if tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t get my package?

First, please check around your property and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it doesn't turn up within 24 hours, check with the carrier directly. Still missing? Email us at support@theclassytea.com; we’ll open a trace.

Gifting Services

Can you add a gift note or special wrapping?

Yes! We are happy to include a complimentary gift note. Please leave your message in the instructions at checkout or email us at info@theclassytea.com immediately after ordering. While we don't offer elaborate special wrapping, our items are always packed with care and a touch of elegance suitable for gifting.

Can I ship to a gift recipient’s address?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift message, let us know in the order notes or by emailing info@theclassytea.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — any time before it ships. Please email support@theclassytea.com as soon as possible with your order number. After shipment, our Return Policy applies.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

General Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the same condition it was received, or as described if noted with imperfections. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest way is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Are any items non-returnable?

Only pieces clearly marked “Final Sale” or “Sold As-Is” in the product description are non-returnable. All other items follow our standard 14-day return window.

Do I need to save packaging for returns?

Yes — please keep the original box and all packing materials until you’re sure you’ll keep the item. Returning it safely in the same packaging helps ensure a smooth refund process and protects the item during transit.

Issues with Received Items

What if my item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit?

Please save all packaging and take clear photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging. Email us within 3 days of delivery at returns@theclassytea.com, and we’ll handle the insurance claim and work with you on a refund or replacement if possible.

What if my item looks different than expected?

We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, noting any imperfections. If you feel an item is significantly different than described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@theclassytea.com. We’ll work with you to make it right. See our full Return Policy for details.

Refund Processing

How long does it take to process a refund?

We issue refunds within 2–4 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account.
