  • Shipment comes from Virginia, Washington DC Metropolitan Area
  • No global shipping.

Shipping Options

  • Contiguous U.S. + D.C.: Free standard shipping. Delivery takes 3–7 business days total (1–3 business days handling + 2–4 days transit).
  • Alaska & Hawaii: USPS Priority Mail®. Rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. No handling fee.
  • Expedited (Contiguous U.S. only): USPS Priority Mail Express®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air® are available at checkout. No handling fee applies to all expedited services.
  • No Global Shipping: We currently do not offer global shipping.

Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Expedited orders are prioritized when possible
  • Additional time may be required for fragile or oversized shipments

Delivery Timeframe

  • Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
  • Total delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the time of purchase, combining handling and transit time
  • Tracking is provided with every shipment

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Before Shipment: Contact us to update your delivery address
  • Undeliverable Addresses: If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Tracking: All orders are fully insured.

Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Damage Claims: Please email photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
  • Lost Packages: A refund or replacement will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss

Gifts & Special Requests

  • Gift Notes & Wrapping: Available upon request with sufficient notice
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: Contact us before purchasing if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date

Returns & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment
