Return Conditions

  • Condition: Item must be returned in original or gently used condition
  • Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@theclassytea.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Authorization: We'll respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).
  3. Repack: Securely repackage the item, include any branded inserts, and apply the return label.
  4. Refund Processing: After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 2–4 business days.

Shipping & Fees

  • Prepaid Label: Provided at no cost for domestic returns
  • Restocking Fee: Not charged

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

All shipments are insured. If damage is confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Details

  • Method: Refunded to the original form of payment
  • Timing: Issued within 2–4 business days of return inspection
  • Bank Posting: Your financial institution may take one billing cycle to reflect the refund

Additional Terms

  • Full Set Returns: Items sold as a set must be returned complete
  • Return Abuse: We reserve the right to limit future returns if a pattern of excessive returns is identified. Affected customers will be notified.
